Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the fbu77 platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered account holders who actively place bets, play casino games, or conduct financial transactions. Eligibility

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) fbu77 account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. fbu77 will use this information to verify your identity and process financial transactions. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbu77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. fbu77 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

fbu77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with standard anti-money laundering (AML) practices. All accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed. Verification documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill, or bank statement dated within the past three months. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the required timeframe may have withdrawal rights suspended until verification is satisfied.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your fbu77 wallet within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the mobile financial service provider. Bank transfers may take one (1) to two (2) business days depending on the originating institution. fbu77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. fbu77 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 in a calendar month.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on fbu77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). fbu77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and their financial institution.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by fbu77 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of fifteen (15) times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. fbu77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

5.3 Bonus Abuse

fbu77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, withdrawing bonus funds before wagering requirements are met, and using automation or bot-assisted betting to clear bonuses. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their account suspended and all bonus-related winnings forfeited.

Betting Rules

6.1 Placement and Acceptance

All bets placed on fbu77 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport or event. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. fbu77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the odds displayed were the result of a technical error or where suspicious betting patterns have been detected.

6.2 In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market at the time of placement. fbu77 may suspend in-play markets at any time due to match incidents, data feed delays, or internal risk management decisions. Bets placed after an event has concluded — whether due to a delay in the live data feed or any other technical issue — will be voided and the stake returned.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by fbu77 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed and not completed within 72 hours of the original scheduled time; the event is abandoned; the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed; or fbu77 determines that the odds were manifestly erroneous. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's fbu77 wallet.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

fbu77 applies maximum winnings limits per bet and per day across all sports markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting market and may vary by sport, event type, and market. fbu77 reserves the right to apply individual account-level limits where a player's betting pattern presents a risk management concern.

Casino Games

Casino games available on fbu77 — including slots, live table games, and specialty games — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Account Suspension & Closure

fbu77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where fbu77 reasonably believes that: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; the account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal purposes; the account is associated with a person who is under the age of 21; or continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, fbu77 will aim to complete its review within fourteen (14) business days and communicate the outcome to the account holder via the registered email address. During a suspension, the account holder may not access their balance, place new bets, or request withdrawals.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account will be forfeited to fbu77. Where an account is closed by fbu77 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, fbu77 ceasing operations in a specific territory), any confirmed balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method after standard KYC verification.

Players may voluntarily close their fbu77 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Confirmed real-money balances will be returned following KYC verification. Unused bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Responsible Gaming

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to fbu77's customer support team for informal resolution. fbu77 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within fourteen (14) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process described above, both parties agree to attempt resolution through binding arbitration before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause prevents fbu77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent fraud.
